Giorni fa mi sono recato presso la vostra sede per delle informazioni specifiche!.. dal punto di accoglienza sono stato mandato al magazzino merce,dove ho trovato i vostri collaboratori poco professionali! Impegnati in mille attività tranne quella dell'accoglienza al cliente! Poco professionalità, leggerezza e disinteresse, sono stati frutto del mio disagio da cliente.!Sono andato via senza concludere nulla e con tanta amarezza..da buon cliente ho chiamato al numero del p.v e mettendomi in contatto con l'amministrazione, ho fatto presente il problema! L'unica risposta che ho avuta da un vostro operatore (donna),è stato: mi dispiace!! Sono nel settore commerciale e faccio presente che il cliente va assistito ed ascolto per qualsiasi esigenza,e non accontentato con un semplice mi dispiace! Da ex cliente vi consiglio vivamente di far rifiorire l'immagine della Ricas di un tempo! Cordiali saluti. La commessa mentre ci seguiva per farci vedere i pavimenti ci ha lasciato in asso per rispondere al cellulare. Io e mio marito stare li ad aspettare i suoi comodi. Voleva pure ragione!!! Never again.
