The love that the owners put into the production of oil is reflected in the quality of the product, one of the excellences that tuscia can boast. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited in 2015 with our tour guide Mr. Vitale. There were 6 of us from a cruise ship who wanted to have a quiet day off the beaten path. Our visit to Tarquinia was amazing and the most memorable experience of the day was a personal tour of Olitar. The family is so gracious and takes such pride in presenting their operation and product.
