Old Wild West

So we landed at this place at 10:15pm , ordered food and drinks .. everything was nice and fast. We asked a waiter when do you close and he said 11pm. I went to the counter and tried to order more food at 10:45pm and they denied ,said the kitchen wAs closed :( I don't know miscommunication or what .. I just wanted that one last burger lol

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I have to say i actually begrudge having to even give this place a star as the experience was so poor. We went in, off to a promising start as we were shown to our seats promptly by a friendly waiter and the place was busy so we expected good things. Then that was the height of it. We were then addressed by our waitress who took the drinks orders. Drinks arrived incorrect, vodka and coke without the vodka. This was then replaced with a vodka and coke... but with tum instead of vodka. Then our food arrived... or someone elses food, it's hard to tell as it's not what we ordered. I said this to the waitress and she looked at me like i had just smacked her elderly grandmother, she was disgusted. Another waiter then within minutes returned with the nachos i ordered, not an apology or anything, just the impression that i was inconveniencing them for them bringing me the wrong food. The nachos that did arrive had no chilli... the waitress of course was confused at why i would be bemused at having no chilli on the nachos said to be covered in chilli. She came back to our table twice surprised at why this was not acceptable before, by this stage we just had enough and were happy to call it quits and leave as she did not make it a warm experience and the food was grim. The third time she came over and slammed down a bowl of chilli, said "more chilli" and stormed off. Worst customer service ever. She had clearly given up by that stage and probably persuaded the kitched staff the same also a long time ago. Clearly if life wasn't worth living gor her, what's a correct drink and food order worth to a customer eh? As it happens... €35 is what they charged us, which is not what it was worth... at all. Do not waste your time with this place, find a vending machine instead.

It is certainly not a tourist trap, as it is more for adventurous locals. But for a couple of visitors from the western U.S., it was terrific! We loved meeting the locals, and the Italian take on the comfort food we like at home was delicious. I hope we can come back!

The food here is so good. The best part of this place is their secret oww sauce. You can even buy some to take home. Great place to eat if you are craving a good old American burger. I personally recommend the California burger, it was delicious.

Quite a mixed experience at the old wild west, as we were very quickly seated and at first our service was swift, however it took the staff 40 minutes to ask what we would like for dessert despite prompts from us, and in all honesty my partner and I found the food to be of poor quality, very fatty and not that enjoyable. I've decided 3 stars is a fair evaluation as you can't put a price on friendly staff and the ones I dealt with did try their best to accommodate.

While the food was nice we were not asked how we like are steak and were not given any salt or pepper a steak knife or even seen to after our order. We were immediately passed over for any other customer and the service was terrible to the point we didn't even want to order desserts our waitress would rather laugh and throw dirty horrible looks our way than give us a menu in English and once we asked she stood over us not giving us time to read it when we asked for it they huffed and seemed frustrated and walked away would not visit there again as it ruined the whole experience

Meal was so so staff could be done with learning to smile

I was craving a tasty burger and I decided to try this restaurant. The burger was delicious, the fries were great not too oily and the ambiance is amazing the decor is special. The staff are friendly.
