★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's part of a chain of busy 'American' style restaurants. Food is ok but expensive compared to other better, more local food in the area. I was amazed at how full the place was.
Reduced by one star as visited again two days and didn't even eat. Greeted by extremely grumpy staff at the door who would not even speak to us until the opened 3 minutes later. Then when they did talk to us we were almost barked at. I understand Italian very well but speak basic, my wife was fluent so language was not a barrier. Just two people not really wanting to work. Left before entering and went somewhere else. Don't work for the hospitality industry if you treat customers/potential customers like this.
