★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was excellent but very disappointed that not one customer was asked for their Covid Green Pass which is now mandatory in inside seating restaurants in Italy. Poor show Mr Baffone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you like truffle, or in Italian “tartufo”, you should definitely go there. Just the drive to this restaurant is special; just when you think you couldn’t get any further onto the mountain you’ll see “Ristorante da Baffone”. Hard-working staff, good food and an excellent ambiance! However, the meat was sometimes a bit fat and wiry.

Location: quite remote but the road goes through beautiful landscape.
Ambiance: very pleasant and authentic.
Food: omg ! Delicious. Handmade, fresh pasta + plenty of truffle. Highly recommend antipasti misti + tagliatelle con tartufo + fondata but frankly everything we had deserves a medal.
Prices: for this kind of authentic expeirence, thé prices are VERY VERY kind!
