Voglio tornare per assaggiare il resto. Lo consiglio assolutamente. Chapeau! Veal tartare with summer truffle and horse tartare with screaming raspberry compote, a delicious roast beef and a black cherry cheesecake that breaks! I want to go back to taste the rest. I absolutely recommend it. Chapeau!

Antipasti buoni, carne decisamente bocciata e dolci cosi cosi, peccato perchè la location è veramente molto carina. Cucina locale rivisitata in chiave moderna, materie prime ottime, il personale saprà accogliervi e consigliarvi per il meglio. Il ristorante inoltre è incastonato in un'elegante cantina con pietre a vista. Rapporto qualità prezzo invidiabile. Unica nota di demerito: servizio un po' lento ma comunque sempre cordiale. Raramente mi è capitato di trovare posti capaci di utilizzare ingredienti del territorio in maniera così creativa e armoniosa, arrivando a realizzare piatti soddisfacenti sotto tutti i punti di vista, compresi gli impiattamenti, curati e d'impatto. Da un ristorante che si fregia del titolo di cantina mi aspettavo una carta dei vini, ma i calici proposti hanno comunque incontrato il mio gusto. High expectations after seeing Google and TripAdvisor, and totally fulfilled! (There is no pic of the rest due t the excitement... I really enjoyed)
