Arredamento molto bello, in particolare da citare le luci "circolari" che donano alle tavole un atmosfera perfetta. È famosa e ricercata la "carbonara" , ma anche altri piatti tipici e del giorno, caratteristici della tradizione culinaria Umbro-Marchigiana. Consigliato
 Modern restaurant where at the same time the cuisine with the flavors of the past is found. Very nice furniture, in particular to mention the "circular" lights that give the tables a perfect atmosphere. The "carbonara" is famous and sought after, but also other typical dishes of the day, characteristic of the Umbrian-Marchigiana culinary tradition. Recommended

Ingresso quasi monumentale, edificio in roccia molto accogliente e pulito.
Piatti molto buoni, prezzo appropriato.
Servizio gentile e rapido.
Esperienza molto gradevole.
Non fantastico da 5 stelle, ma 4 meritatissime
Nice and convenient restaurant just off the highway (just JUST, there is a small road to the right, indicated by a sign, be careful at night).
Almost monumental entrance, very welcoming and clean rock building.
Very good dishes, appropriate price.
Friendly and quick service.
Very enjoyable experience.
Not great 5 stars, but 4 well deserved

I tried the carbonara spaghetti and were execellent and really aboundant (forget the usual 80gr you found in restaurants there at least were 1.5 hg). We asked for a dogbag with the rest of our dinner they accomodate immediately. Amazing
