Il cibo e la carne ottimi e rapporto qualità-prezzo adeguato. The staff is friendly and helpful, but above all very efficient, as the waiting times to receive the order are relatively short. Excellent food and meat and adequate value for money.
G	Gisella Zilembo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata al ristorante di Dalmine e quello di Stezzano (Due torri) è risultato assolutamente deludente: servizio approssimativo, frettoloso e poco attento; carne arrivata fredda (lo abbiamo segnalato e ci è stato proposto di scaldarla al microonde .... non credo di dover aggiungere altro...); insalata Arizona "povera" e sciatta (in più, i condimenti sono arrivati solo a seguito di mia espressa e reiterata richiesta e il pane, ordinato per accompagnarla, mi è stato portato quando ormai l'avevo finita); hamburger bruciato. Insomma...un vero disastro. Buone solo le Ribbs. Sconsiglio, sperando di ricredermi (magari era una serata No..ma proprio NO) I went to the restaurant in Dalmine and the one in Stezzano (Due torri) was absolutely disappointing: the service was approximate, hasty and not very attentive; meat arrived cold (we reported it and we were asked to heat it in the microwave .... I don't think I need to add anything else ...); "poor" and sloppy Arizona salad (in addition, the condiments arrived only following my express and repeated request and the bread, ordered to accompany it, was brought to me when I had finished it); burnt hamburger. In short ... a real disaster. Only the Ribbs are good. I do not recommend, hoping to change my mind (maybe it was an evening No ... but really NO)

Poi per quanto riguarda il personale, molto cordiale e preparato dalll'accoglienza fino alla fine e disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza guidato da un impeccabile super visione della direttrice che è molto attenta ai dettagli dei clienti. Cibo per qualità e prezzo direi veramente ottimo e consigliato per amici e famiglie dove i bambini vedo che ricevono sempre dei gadget. I begin by saying that the place is at the TOP !!! TOP I indicate it first of all for the cleanliness and well-kept furnishings. Le ragazze carinissime, gentili e professionali, sono decisamente sul pezzo. PANINI OTTIMI!!! Of the three clubs I've been to in the area, I think this is the best. Niente da dire sul servizio - le ragazze stra gentili. Scelgo il Chicken Bowl e siccome era possibile chiedo di avere la versione con il burger no meat - come riportato sul menu. Mi arriva il piatto con solo il riso, edamame, pomodoro e cappuccio rosso. Chiedo il perché delle varie mancanze tra cui anche il burger e mi viene riportato il piatto con un hamburger veg tagliuzzato sopra il piatto. Niente salsa poke, niente avocado, niente condimenti. Mi chiedo, ma quanto è difficile preparare lo stesso piatto e invece del pollo metterci un altro ingrediente? (Tra l’altro proposto nel menù e non chiesto da me come piatto extra oppure un qualcosa di fuori menù). Tutto ciò, coperto e con la coca 0, mi è costato 20€. ??? I state that I am not one who writes negative reviews but I would like to explain the reason for only one star (including photos). Nothing to say about the service - the very kind girls. I choose the Chicken Bowl and since it was possible I ask for the version with the burger no meat - as shown on the menu. I get the dish with only the rice, edamame, tomato and red hood. I ask why the various shortcomings including the burger and the dish is brought back to me with a shredded veg burger on top of the plate. No poke sauce, no avocado, no toppings. I wonder, how difficult is it to prepare the same dish and put another ingredient in it instead of chicken? (Among other things, proposed on the menu and not asked by me as an extra dish or something off the menu). All this, covered and with 0 coke, cost me € 20. ???
