Last night I arrived with my girlfriend to have dinner, the room arrives grumpy, arrogant and yells at us, because we decided to sit at a table and he wanted to give another one because he had to clear away, (despite the restaurant being almost empty) we sit down and we order 2 steaks with potatoes, after 3 minutes the dishes arrive with nervous cut of meat and poor quality, plus it had already been half cooked and put in the microwave oven, plus it was also cold, hard and not seasoned ... but let's joke .... let's call the rooms and explain the situation; and he replies that the steak had been cooked at the time and he owned 8 restaurants; (then we thought 8 restaurants of nightmare kitchens I was going to call the chef cannavacciuolo) so he takes the dishes back without giving excuses or apologizing and goes back to the kitchen . In the meantime we see other customers getting up from the tables complaining of never coming back .. let's be specific; after half an hour at the table we wonder but the restaurant is empty how long does it take to make 2 steaks ??? So I get up from the table and ask but the dishes when they arrive? And the rooms always replies to me with an arrogant and presumptuous tone: I don't bring you anything cooking and always the same .. and I answer him; but does it seem normal to you that he leaves us at the table without bringing us anything else or redoing the requested dishes? or apologize? you don't know how to cook and treat customers well. At that point we got up and went to have dinner at the restaurant next door. We have never been treated like this in a restaurant and shameful. That's why it was empty and the others full ... obviously I don't recommend, bad pre-cooked and poor cooking.

They make us sit around 15. There are 3 girls to serve, very quickly, without giving the time to sit down they already ask for a drink. Having said that ... Let's order ... Meanwhile people keep coming and they are given the same treatment as us ... Meanwhile when we are all sitting waiting for our food, the girls sit down and take advantage of the time to make their lunch break. Eating strictly with their hands, when the dish is ready from the kitchen, they put on a mask and serve you ... Even when someone got up to pay or called them to order a coffee. Nice place. Large and comfortable. You eat very well at affordable prices. Table service to be improved.
