i	ilaria la mancusa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posso riscontrare con dispiacere tramite altre recensioni che non sono l'unica ad aver ricevuto un comportamento indisponente da parte della farmacista di turno, mi sono recata al banco per chiedere informazioni per poter prenotare dei tamponi, ora a prescindere dal pensiero personale, trovo che in ambito medico, l'opinione personale dovrebbe essere lasciata a casa, già abbiamo a che fare con medici obiettori di coscienza, direi che possiamo fare a meno anche dei farmacisti. Rivaluterei a questo punto il personale organico, in quanto, con questa indisponenza allontana i clienti. In fin dei conti, anche se con opinioni differenti, facciamo girare comunque l'economia. Una cosa è certa, sicuramente non mi affiderò MAI più a questa farmacia. D	DEBORAH CASSOTTI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto che sono commessa e quindi so molto bene cosa voglia dire lavorare a contatto col pubblico.Sono andata in questa farmacia una settimana fa è molto umilmente ho chiesto informazioni per fare i tamponi,la farmacista molto scocciata mi ha risposto in maniera davvero indisponente.Non ci ho dato peso al momento e ringraziando me ne sono andata. Ho pensato probabilmente ne ha piene le scatole e oggi sono stata l’ennesima persona a chiedere informazioni. Oggi ci riprovo telefonicamente e la stessa farmacista mi risponde ancora in maniera scorbutica e molto seccata. Adesso,aspetta un attimo perché una volta ci può anche stare,due volte vuol dire che il problema sei tu!Sono una persona e non un animale, capisco che sarete anche stanche di sentirvi chiedere dei tamponi,ma come io mi sono approcciata in modo molto gentile ed educato,mi aspetto lo stesso.Ora, se lavori a contatto col pubblico oltretutto in una farmacia un minimo di tatto ci vuole altrimenti consiglio a questa farmacista di cambiare lavoro. Ne gioverà sicuramente la sua salute e i clienti non avranno il terrore di entrare in questa farmacia! Now, if you work in contact with the public plus in a pharmacy a minimum of tact is needed otherwise I advise this pharmacist to change jobs.
