★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience! Service was unfriendly, abrupt and unattentive. Two burgers with fries and nachos were ordered and all arrived cold. Hamburger meat was extremely salty. Service charge of 3.8€ for “servicio” for 3 people in a sit down restaurant was ridiculous especially when it was the worst service and food I have ever experienced in a restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were there early for dinner. We arrived at 7pm. It's just like a fast food joint, but a little bit nicer. I relate it to an Applebee's. The staff was very nice, however they were understaffed..
By time 8 o'clock rolled around the place was packed and they had one waitress for the whole outside. The food was good and it was better for me than getting something from the fast food joints inside the mall. We all had burgers and meat dishes.

The ribs are awesome!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I thought the food was absolutely delicious, it is vegetarian friendly, and I found the prices to be reasonable. It is in a convenient location, next to a mall and movie theatre, and my hotel. However, my only complaint is that our table by the window had sooo many flies flying around it and it was gross. One even flies and died in my drink - luckily they replaced it without charge but that sort of thing kind of takes your appetite away if you understand why. It’s so good though that I’m not going to make a big deal of it and would just suggest sitting not by a window.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The resturant opens at 7PM. Only beer and wine no mixed alcoholic drinks. Food was delicious. American menu, reasonable prices.
