It was my daughters 6th birthday the night before we were to fly back home from a two week vacation and we decided to go to this restaurant for dinner....worst mistake. No one cleared tables, one persons dinner came out and the others were almost 30mins later we proceeded to talk to the manager (s) and they did nothing to make things better. On top of it - they charge you a cover charge of 2 Euros without telling you - even for a 1 year old child....when I asked about this charge I was told that this is for the sauces, salt, pepper and peanuts that the restaurant offers. The worst part is they did not tell us we needed to pay extra to eat Ketchup! The managers are incompetent, have ZERO customer service skills and need remedial training in how to deal with clients and more importantly, how to run a restaurant efficiently. The food is bland and over priced. Stay away

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always go there for the ribs..and sunday you can have it for 10 euro. You can eat many peanuts for free and they bring you nachos with spicy red sauce from the house...really great.The staff is very friendly. And it's perfect stop after some shopping.
