Eine Straße weiter bei der Konkurrenz gibt es den gleichen Rucksack für 229 eur Listenpreis und man kriegt auch einen guten Rabatt oben drauf! Unehrlich, mit einem weiten Bogen zu meiden!

The seller makes the potential customer a great offer of 280 EUR and gives the feeling that it is a favor. One street further from the competition there is the same backpack for 229 EUR list price and you also get a good discount on top! Dishonest to avoid with a wide bow!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The manager had originally told me that I could get my VAT refunded by using my license after I made my purchase. After I realized the mistake I tried to come back with my passport but the owner kept insisting that I could use my license and would not fix the issue while promising me that it would work at customs with license. Well after going through customs, they were unable to process the VAT refund. Very disappointed in the customer service provided and would not recommend.

Owner said it’s first class leather when I got back to USA the zipper won’t zip. What a waste of money. Better buy at Pierro tucci. I should have listened to our tour director.
