★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prodotti belli, ma commesse poco professionali. Ti fanno fare la tessera non dicendoti che si paga,quindi ti ritrovi 4€ in più nello scontrino ( anche se sono pochi) senza essere stata avvisata oltre a un atteggiamento molto frettoloso nel servire.
Beautiful products, but unprofessional orders. They make you make the card not telling you that you pay, so you find yourself € 4 more in the receipt (even if they are few) without having been warned besides a very hasty attitude in serving.

L'ULTIMA VOLTA CHE CI SONO STATO LA MATTINA DEL 29/11/2021 APPENA ENTRATO IN NEGOZIO SONO SATO CACCIATO FUORI COME UN CANE DALLE DUE COMMESSE IN SERVIZIO QUEL GIORNO SOLO PERCHE DENTRO C'ERANO GIA DUE CLIENTI CHE PERALTRO ERANO FAMILLIARI.
CAPISCO MAGARI CHE PER IL COVID NON VOGLIONO TANTE PERSONNE NEL NEGOZIO CONTEMPORANEAMENTE .
MA AL CLIENTE RITENGO CHE SI DEBBA PARLARE CON GENTILEZZA, CORTESIA E EDUCAZIONE .
I WILL NEVER GO TO THAT STORE, NEVER AGAIN, FOR THE POOR PROFESSIONALISM, THE FRIDNESS, AND ALSO THE RUDE OF TWO SALESMAN THAT I HAD THE UNJUST TO MEET SEVERAL TIMES THAT I HAVE BEEN GOING TO THAT SHOP.
THE LAST TIME I WAS THERE ON THE MORNING OF 11/29/2021 AS SOON AS I WENT INTO THE STORE I WAS HUNTED OUT LIKE A DOG BY THE TWO SALESMAN IN SERVICE THAT DAY ONLY BECAUSE INSIDE THERE ALREADY WERE TWO CUSTOMERS WHO WERE FAMILLIARS.
I UNDERSTAND MAYBE THAT COVID DOES NOT WANT MANY PEOPLE IN THE SHOP AT THE SAME TIME.
BUT I BELIEVE TO THE CUSTOMER THAT YOU SHOULD SPEAK WITH KINDNESS, COURTESY AND EDUCATION.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La protagonista è lei...Commessa ricciolina castano scuro trucco molto marcato magrolina statura media...entro, lei in cassa appoggiata al bancone con il cell in mano..al mio buongiorno risponde a stento..altra commessa già impegnata ma si libera presto, cerco di accaparrarmela ma un'altra signora arriva prima d me..l altra commessa allora lascia il cellulare e senza gentilezza e senza sorriso ma sopratutto con MOLTA SUPERFICIALITÀ mi fa vedere solo in parte qlo che cercavo..mi lascia i pigiamini ammucchiati lì davanti e interrompe l altra commessa dicendo: servi entrambe io vado dietro. Io la guardo e le dico: contemporaneamente? E lei,con molta arroganza:certo! Ho aspettato qualche minuto ma ovviamente da brava commessa l altra ragazza non ha lasciato la cliente x seguire me ANCHE SE DOVEVO COMPRARE ALTRO così mi sono diretta alla cassa con 4 pigiami tot 50 euro. Aspetto..Aspetto..la fenomena che vede tutto da dietro viene sempre con la sua arroganza alla cassa e mi serve FACENDO CONTEMPORANEAM un super caziatone alla sua collega davanti a me e l altra cliente dicendole: non devi far aspettare la gente alla cassa , questa è una prova x qnd sarai sola jai capito?! E continuava... io...allibita..gliene ho cantate 4 e me ne sono andata. Pessima commessa. Pessimo approccio. E in tutto questo avevo il bimbo nel paseggino che era impaziente di andar via.

Shop assistant curly dark brown very marked make-up skinny medium stature ... within, she in the cash desk leaning on the counter with the cell in her hand .. in my good morning she barely answers .. another job already busy but she frees herself soon, I try to grab it but another lady arrives before me..the other saleswoman then leaves the phone and without kindness and without a smile but above all with VERY SURFACE shows me only partially what I was looking for .. leaves me the pajamas piled up there in front and interrupts the other order saying: serve both I go behind. I look at her and say: at the same time? And she, with much arrogance: of course! I waited a few minutes but obviously as a good saleswoman the other girl did not leave the customer to follow me EVEN IF I HAD TO BUY MORE so I went to the cash register with 4 pajamas tot 50 euros. I wait ... I wait ... the phenomenon that sees everything from behind always comes with his arrogance at the checkout and I need to make a super caziatone to his colleague in front of me and the other customer saying: you don't have to make people wait at the checkout, this is a test x qnd you will be alone jai understood ?! And he continued ... I ... stunned .. I sang 4 and went away. Bad order. Bad approach. And in all this I had the baby in the stroller who was impatient to leave.

Sono stata accolta in modo cordiale dalle due commesse, in particolare da Rosy che mi ha seguito per il tempo trascorso e mi ha consigliato guidato in modo professionale e cortese nella scelta dei completi proponendomi diversi abbinamemti per i regali sia da maschietto che femminuccia. Vengono rispettate le regole anticovid nonostante in questi giorni l'affluenza sia elevata, con educazione le commesse fanno attendere i clienti all'esterno. Ho trascorso un 'ora piacevole in questo negozio e acquistato bei regali.grazie!!! Alla prossima!!
I was in this shop yesterday and I want to share my super positive experience.
I was warmly welcomed by the two shop assistants, in particular by Rosy who followed me for the time spent and advised me and guided me in a professional and courteous way in the choice of suits, proposing different combinations for gifts for both boys and girls. The anticovid rules are respected although in these days the turnout is high, with politeness the orders make the customers wait outside. I spent a pleasant hour in this shop and bought nice gifts.
