Il negozio é carino e ben organizzato ma la maggior parte del personale è poco disponibile e cortese, soprattutto la responsabile che di continuo riprende per ogni sciocchezza i nuovi assunti in presenza dei clienti (ho presenziato in due occasioni diverse e con due differenti dipendenti a richiami superflui). Questo atteggiamento rende il clima del negozio poco armonioso e piacevole. Chain of products mainly for home decorating, most of them are useless but fun and nice objects for those who love this genre. The shop is nice and well organized but most of the staff are not very helpful and courteous, especially the manager who constantly picks up new hires in the presence of customers for every nonsense (I was present on two different occasions and with two different employees on call superfluous). This attitude makes the shop atmosphere not very harmonious and pleasant.

Le ragazze sono state tutte gentilissime e disponibili, un ambiente solare e accogliente. L'operatrice alla cassa (non me ne voglia, non ricordo il nome) ha trattato tutte le clienti con un trattamento da 5 stelle (ne metterei di più, ma non ci sono). Anche le altre volte che ho acquistato qui non ho mai avuto problemi con il personale. Poi, gli articoli sono particolari e non sempre usuali da trovare altrove. Consigliato! I was on my lunch break today and bought a grooming item for my dog. The girls were all very kind and helpful, a sunny and welcoming environment. The operator at the cashier (I don't feel like it, I don't remember the name) treated all the customers with a 5-star treatment (I would wear more, but there aren't any). Also the other times I have shopped here I have never had any problems with the staff. Then, the articles are particular and not always usual to find elsewhere. Advised!
