It's a great photo shop, I don't need it because I'm denied to take pictures, but my daughter, husband and acquaintances who are not hindered like me, who know how to take pictures use this shop. You can send them online from home and in a short time they are ready, they go to collect in the store, they cost very little and they are very good. Yes they can make enlargements, formats different from the standard ones, the staff is very kind, willing to give advice, it is not oppressive, after the advice they are not petulant, as instead in other exercises. It is located inside the Befane shopping center.

Bad experience! On the site I always found myself very well, in this shop it was a nightmare. I was there to print 2 photos, 2 number photos. Having a child of 18 months behind and an appointment after an hour I asked how much he wanted, I was answered 2 minutes. They printed a photo, at the second photo they had to change the paper roll, open the sky. 10 minutes of roller insertion, roller extraction, because the machine does not beep, etc. In the end a colleague asked the girl if the printer was turned on, moral, she was off, so she didn't beep. In this, 10 minutes of clock, in the meantime I asked several times if it took a lot, I would have passed another time with more calm, and also they told me that it was a matter of 1 minute. Ok, I keep waiting with the baby that was starting to cry. In the meantime, the contract with whom I was doing could no longer select the format of the photo and clearly I was starting to be a little tired. There were 4 orders, I repeat 4, and in the shop we were me and another customer. So, perhaps, a more experienced one could also have come to help her colleague, who probably worked there recently. Minutes pass and I give an ultimatum, if within 2 minutes they don't print the photo I'm leaving. Another girl arrives, calmly pushes on the monitor, chatters and I wait for them with the child who can't take it anymore. I ask for the last time what it takes and my colleague answers me almost annoyed that she sent it to print but that it doesn't print. At this point, I say that after all the time I am leaving and having seen the problems they had, it would have been enough to tell me to come back later. I would have paid and I would have returned at a later time without problems, in fact, it was the best thing, under pressure I understand that you work really badly. However, that out of 4 orders, no one helped this girl was really absurd. To never again!

It closed. Very good and kind, I take away a star only because the Befane headquarters has closed, I think definitively, and you have to go to the Riccione office.
