★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio di abiti a prezzi veramente modici, ma attenzione ho avuto esperienza negativa. Ho acquistato un maglioncino a €15,90. Mi sono accorta solo dopo che presentava una macchia scura. Il giorno seguente mi sono recata a cambiarlo. Dopo qualche resistenza da parte loro, che sostenevano che, dato il prezzo, non si poteva pretendere di meglio, ho chiesto di cambiarlo anche aggiungendo un'ulteriore quota per un altro tipo di capo. Mi hanno fatto scegliere tra qualche rimasuglio di magazzino. Alla fine mi chiedono il sovrapprezzo. Ho pagato e sono andata via. Guardando il cartellino poi mi sono accorta che addirittura mi hanno chiesto in più rispetto al prezzo indicato sul cartellino del nuovo capo e che lo scontrino era il vecchio. Insomma hanno fatto la "cresta". Ora io non mi lamento per i pochi euro, ma per il modo di imbrogliare per così poso. Non fidatevi di questi commercianti: sono falsamente gentili nei modi ma si comportano male. Non ci tornerò più. Disonesti.
Clothes shop at very modest prices, but be careful I had negative experience. I bought a sweater for € 15.90. I realized only after he had a dark spot. The following day I went to change it. After some resistance on their part, which claimed that, given the price, one could not expect better, I asked to change it also by adding a further quota for another type of item. They made me choose from some stock remnants. In the end they ask me for a surcharge. I paid and left. Looking at the card, I realized that they even asked me more than the price indicated on the new leader's card and that the receipt was the old one. In short, they made the "crest". Now I am not complaining about the few euros, but for the way I cheat so much. Don't trust these merchants: they are falsely kind in ways but behave badly. I will not go back again. Dishonest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sconsigliatissimo !!! Nel caso trovaste qualcosa di vostro gradimento, pregate di non doverla cambiare ? Addurranno ogni motivo per fare resistenza ed evitare il cambio. Dall'orario (che deve essere o in tardissima serata o il sabato), fino al fatto che magari avranno difficoltà a rivendere il capo da cambiare. Meglio evitare.

Sono un po' difficile per scegliere i vestiti e ne ho provato cinque, tra qui ho scelto e comprato due che mi piacevano e mi stavano bene. L'addetta alle vendite è stata molto paziente, gentile e disponibile. Mi ha consigliata il modello ed il colore che mi stava meglio. Sono stata molto soddisfatta dei miei acquisti. Lo consiglio vivamente! Ritornerò a gennaio con l'occasione dei saldi! Complimenti!
It was my first time in this shop. I am a bit difficult to choose clothes and I tried five of them, among here I chose and bought two that I liked and fit me well. The sales clerk was very patient, kind and helpful. He recommended the model and color that suited me best. I was very satisfied with my purchases. I highly recommend it! I'll be back in January with the occasion of the sales! Compliments!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio carino e si trovano anche cose belle, alcune a buon prezzo, altre eccessivamente sovrapprezzate, considerando la qualità. Fosse solo per questo, avrei messo anche 4 stelle, se non che il reale problema sono gli addetti alle vendite: gentili e disponibili, per carità, ma veramente TROPPO pesanti e opprimenti, ti seguono per tutto il negozio, che già è piccolo ma così diventa proprio claustrofobico, ti fanno domande ogni secondo, ti aspettano fuori dal camerino e ti parlano mentre ti stai cambiando, esci cambiato (sei costretto dato che lo specchio è fuori dal camerino) e c’è la commessa/il commesso ad aspettarti per giudicarti, tu non hai neanche un attimo di privacy per capire se effettivamente il capo ti piaccia o se ti stia bene perché questi insistono dicendoti che stai benissimo anche se la cosa ti calza palesemente male, poi se mostri incertezza iniziano a propinarti qualsiasi cosa pur di vendere, e se te ne vai a mani vuote fanno gli offesi.

If only for this, I would have also put 4 stars, except that the real problem is the sales staff: kind and helpful, for heaven's sake, but really TOO heavy and oppressive, they follow you throughout the shop, which is already small but so it gets really claustrophobic, they ask you questions every second, they wait for you outside the dressing room and talk to you while you are changing, you come out changed (you have to since the mirror is outside the dressing room) and there is the shop assistant waiting for you to judge you , you do not have even a moment of privacy to understand if you actually like the garment or if you are okay because they insist by telling you that you are fine even if it obviously fits you badly, then if you show uncertainty they start to pour you anything to sell , and if you go away empty-handed they are offended.
