★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chi dice che le commesse sono simpatiche ed educate probabilmente non vive a viale Marconi e non frequenta spesso il negozio.
Le commesse sono sfaticate, maleducate, sempre imbronciate. Se il negozio chiude alle 20 loro alle 18.30 hanno già chiuso i camerini. Ora con il discorso del COVID e il fatto che devono disinfettare le cose alle 17 ti dicono che hanno finito il disinfettante, chiudono i camerini e quindi ti negano un servizio (la prova) che NESSUN ALTRO negozio nega. (Mi è successo più volte, infatti ho aspettato a scrivere questa recensione, ma sono proprio al limite)
Adesso si sono inventate che con i saldi gli indumenti non si possono provare... Certo come no. ?
Peccato perché gli indumenti sono carini e i prezzi buoni, quando posso vado a quello di parco Leonardo dove le commesse sono educatissime e disponibili. Se non vi va di lavorare lasciate perdere ...

The orders are lazy, rude, always sulky. If the shop closes at 8pm they have already closed the dressing rooms at 6.30pm. Now with the COVID speech and the fact that they have to disinfect things at 5 pm they tell you that they have run out of disinfectant, they close the dressing rooms and then they deny you a service (the proof) that NO OTHER shop denies. (This has happened to me several times, in fact I have waited to write this review, but I'm just on the edge)
Now they have invented that with the sales the clothes cannot be tried on ... Of course not. ?
Too bad because the clothes are nice and the prices good, when I can I go to the one in Parco Leonardo where the orders are very polite and helpful. If you don't feel like working, forget it ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il classico Tezenis, niente più niente meno. Il locale non è tanto grande, ma comunque pieno zeppo. È possibile acquistare intimo e pigiameria per tutti, uomo, donna, bimbo.Durante il periodo primavera/estate è possibile trovare le collezioni di costumi e copricostumi...I modelli sono carini, ma la qualità è quella che è. Sicuramente i prezzi sono concorrenziali

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio tezenis con le commesse più scorbutiche e svogliate. Purtroppo sono andata più volte ed ho trovato sempre lo stesso atteggiamento e trattamento da queste commesse, si inventano scuse per non farti provare nulla, spesso quanso hai bisogno parlano tra di loro senza dare assistenza e quanto rispondono sembra che ti fanno un favore. Il negozio peggiore che abbia visto di tezenis.
Tezenis shop with the most grumpy and listless orders. Unfortunately I went several times and I have always found the same attitude and treatment from these orders, they invent excuses not to let you feel anything, often when you need them they talk to each other without giving assistance and when they respond they seem to do you a favor. Worst shop I've seen in tezenis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono rimasta molto delusa per l'atteggiamento che ha avuto una vostra collega con me....Le ho chiesto se potevo provare un body che dovevo acquistare e la risposta della commessa è stata no perché alle 18.30 chiudevano i camerini,una sua collega che stava lì affianco le ha detto di farmelo misurare velocemente e lei ridendo si è opposta alla sua decisione. Vado in cassa a pagare insoddisfatta e sento e vedo che una cliente si va ad indossare delle calze che aveva appena acquistato. Sono arrivata ad una conclusione che come in tutte le cose si va a simpatia. Avete perso una cliente
