Dunque C'è la possibilità di ordinare alla carta e c'è la possibilità dell all you can eat . Dunque, diciamo che quello che è rimasto quasi invariato è il servizio al tavolo, mi spiego meglio, se siete in 3 persone in un tavolo da 4 di problemi c'è ne sono pochi perché quello che avete ordinato pur arrivando un piatto dopo l altro senza tregua trova il posto dove riporlo nel posto rimasto libero. Ma se siete in 4 in un tavolo da 4...beh se avete ordinato 16 piatti... Sono problemi... Perché questi 16 piatti inizieranno ad arrivare uno dietro l altro... Con una situazione di sovraccarico. Aspetti positivi: Il locale è carino e pulito, situato in un punto strategico per chi viaggia da Bologna verso Imola e viceversa. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo; nonostante la scelta a pranzo non sia vastissima è più o meno tutto buono, anche le fritture sono ottime, a questo prezzo non si può chiedere di più. Aspetti negativi: il cliente non è minimamente considerato; non un sorriso, né la minima attenzione. Fate tanti piccoli ordini, perché sono velocissimi nel preparare il cibo, ma non altrettanto veloci nello sparecchiare. Abbiamo dovuto appoggiare i piatti sporchi sulla panca perché continuavano ad arrivare le portate ma non sparecchiavano e quindi, essendo un tavolo per due, era troppo piccolo per ospitare tutti i piatti in arrivo più quelli sporchi. I dipendenti, specialmente chi portava piatti, lo vedevano ma tutti lo hanno ignorato. È un atteggiamento veramente fastidioso da ricevere come cliente. Fine.
