★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appuntamenti rinviati, telefoni che squillano a vuoto, numero bloccato per non farsi trovare.....e solo per aver chiesto manutenzione ad una caldaia a legna. Io lo sconsiglio vivamente di cuore....risultato caldaia da buttare.
 Appointments postponed, phones ringing empty, a blocked number so as not to be found ..... and only for having asked for maintenance from a wood-fired boiler. I wholeheartedly advise against .... result boiler to burn.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Persone sicuramente corrette ma la cui TOTALE disorganizzazione ti fa passare la voglia di essere cliente. Appuntamenti rimandati, chiamate a cui non seguono risposte o richiamate. Li avrei anche consigliati ma dopo l’ennesimo disguido e mancanza di correttezza eviterò di affidargli qualunque aspetto. DA EVITARE.
Certainly correct people but whose TOTAL disorganization makes you want to be a customer. Appointments postponed, calls that are not answered or called back. I would also have recommended them but after yet another mistake and lack of correctness I will avoid entrusting any aspect to him. TO AVOID.

Dico di "aver cercato" perché dopo 10 giorni e 3 solleciti a vuoto (solo per tentare di fissare una data) mi hanno dato un appuntamento a cui non si sono presentati previo messaggino e per cui sto ancora attendendo una richiamata. Solo tanto tempo perso. Anche io lavoro e capisco i contrattempi ma qui c'é davvero poca professionalità e correttezza: possibile che non trovino 2 minuti per una chiamata?
After I went to their shop I tried to make an appointment for an inspection. I say I "tried" because after 10 days and 3 blank reminders (just to try to set a date) they gave me an appointment to which they did not show up after a text message and for which I am still waiting for a call back. Just a lot of wasted time. I also work and I understand the setbacks but here there is very little professionalism and fairness: it is possible that they do not find 2 minutes for a call?
