★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza, il servizio è peggiorato un sacco. Poca precisione e lavori fatti malissimo. Il problema è che procedono di loro iniziativa, senza avvisare il cliente. Quando vai a ritirare l'articolo, anche se non era come lo volevi, ti liquidano con un "eh, abbiamo fatto il meglio che potevamo". Capitato con 3 differenti articoli, portati in diverse volte: un anello, un bracciale da uomo e un orologio da donna. Sconsiglio vivamente, hanno perso molta qualità da 3 o 4 anni a questa parte. Meglio indirizzarsi altrove.
Bad experience, service has gone downhill a lot. Lack of precision and work done very badly. The problem is that they proceed on their own initiative, without notifying the customer. When you go to collect the item, even if it wasn't the way you wanted it, they dismiss you with an "eh, we did the best we could". It happened with 3 different items, worn several times: a ring, a men's bracelet and a women's watch. I strongly advise against, they have lost a lot of quality for 3 or 4 years now. Better to go elsewhere.
