Dopo averlo indossato e aver fatto il semplicissimo gesto di alzare la spallina del reggiseno, il bracciale si è rotto. Essendo ancora in garanzia l'ho portato nel negozio più vicino a me. Mi è stato detto che non fanno lavorazioni di saldatura sui bracciali in argento perché non garantiscono la duratura della lavorazione e che, in ogni caso la garanzia non copre il lavoro e avrei dovuto pagarlo. Io mi chiedo, se sapete che questi braccialetti si rompono con poco - perché non credo che non abbiate mai avuto esperienze del genere - e se sapete che le riparazioni che queste tipologie di bracciali richiedono, non reggono o comunque non vengono fatte (proprio per il fatto che dopo può ricapitare che si rompa ancora), perché li vendete? Adesso io quel braccialetto non lo posso più utilizzare e nemmeno cambiare perché è passato troppo tempo dall'acquisto. Il personale è stato molto cordiale e gentile, nulla da dire, però vendere prodotti che una volta rotti non consigliate nemmeno voi di ripararli non mi sembra serio. The staff was very friendly and kind, nothing to say, but selling products that once broken you don't even recommend repairing doesn't seem serious to me.
