Ad oggi non ho ottenuto nulla, nonostante abbia mandato messaggi, email, di tutto e di più. Mi hanno chiamato Una volta chiedendomi l'iban x il rimborso, ho atteso ancora, ho scritto nuovamente e mi richiamano dicendo di non aver mandato iban, lo rimando e da allora spariti completamente. Si sono persi x 25 euro di giubbotto. Fate voi!
Bad experience. I ordered a jacket in December 2020, which arrived at the end of January 2021 almost, it was large and I asked for a return / refund. To date I have not achieved anything, despite having sent messages, emails, everything and more. They called me Once asking me for iban for the refund, I waited again, I wrote again and they call me back saying they did not send iban, I send it back and since then they have completely disappeared. They lost x 25 euros of jacket. You do!
