È inaccettabile, in un locale in cui si serve del cibo, che gestori e dipendenti schiamazzino tutto il tempo davanti ai clienti in maniera sguaiata parlando delle loro questioni personali, a voce altissima ed in modo fastidioso. È inaccettabile che chi prepara i panini si asciughi il sudore della fronte con la mano (sulla quale almeno c'era un guanto) e poi prenda il cibo da cucinare dal banco. Fino a poco tempo fa questo locale era così affollato che per prendere un panino da asporto a volte si impiegava anche più di un'ora, adesso ho capito perché non è più così. Chi vuol fare un lavoro di contatto col pubblico, a maggior ragione nella ristorazione, deve cambiare mentalità. Datevi una svegliata, e soprattutto fatevi delle domande e datevi delle risposte. The sandwich is good, but in my opinion this is not enough when the basics are missing, for example professionalism and hygiene. It is unacceptable, in a place where food is served, that managers and employees cackle all the time in front of customers in a coarse way talking about their personal matters, in a very loud and annoying way. It is unacceptable for the sandwich maker to wipe the sweat off his forehead with his hand (on which at least there was a glove) and then take the food to cook from the counter. Until recently this place was so crowded that it sometimes took more than an hour to get a sandwich to take away, now I understand why this is no longer the case. Anyone who wants to work in contact with the public, especially in catering, must change their mentality. Give yourself a wake up call, and above all ask yourself questions and give yourself answers.

Torno a casa e inizio a mangiare dopo un po' mi accorgo che sentivo un sapore molto molto stano e vado a controllare l'hamburger e oltre ad essere poco cotto ma aveva un odore stranissimo e li capisco che ho buttato i primi 8€ e mangio solo le polpette con il cheddar... CONCLUSIONE VOMITO DA IERI SERA E UN DOLORE ALLO STOMACO ATEOCE ANCHE IL MIO RAGAZZO CHE HA ASSAGGIATO IL MIO HAMBURGER SUPER SCONSIGLIATO MAI E MAI PIU Last night I went to order two sandwiches, one with the kebab and the other with the chicken burger, apart from the staff without a mask and gloves as they handle the food ...
