La progettazione del Signor Salvatore è stata perfetta.
Ha realizzato il sogno della cabina armadio ed è riuscito a creare una camera funzionale e comoda.
Lo consiglio vivamente.
Anche gli addetti al montaggio sono persone competenti, discrete e molto ordinate. Non hanno lasciato un solo pezzo di carta sul pavimento.

 A few days ago I received the bedroom and I was very satisfied.
Mr. Salvatore's design was perfect.
He realized the dream of the walk-in closet and managed to create a functional and comfortable bedroom.
I highly recommend it.
The assembly workers are also competent, discreet and very tidy people. They didn't leave a single piece of paper on the floor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tutto fumo e niente arrosto! Mi dispiace sig. Salvatore, ma ho appena avuto una pessima accoglienza telefonica, non ci siamo proprio. Ho chiamato per fissare un appuntamento per visitare lo showrooom ed eventualmente progettare la cameretta sul posto. Credo che un cliente si rechi in negozio, vede qualcosa che gli piace ed inizia a progettare. Invece telefonicamente mi è stato risposto che avrei potuto visitare lo showroom ma che la progettazione eventualmente si faceva in base al budget e al numero di letti etc etc...una serie di scuse e contro scuse che è stato come dire "vieni in negozio a vedere ma giusto per". Al che, seccata ho detto di non avere nessun budget, e che in base alla cameretta avrei deciso, ma mi sono state sempre dette le stesse cose come per non farmi andare di persona. Mi sono scocciata anche di parlare inutilmente al telefono e quindi non verrò allo showroom. Peccato, avete perso un potenziale cliente ancora prima di acquisirlo. Consiglierei vivamente di migliorare il servizio, soprattutto di questi tempi in cui nulla è scontato.
All smoke and no roast! I'm sorry mr. Salvatore, but I just had a bad telephone reception, we just didn't. I called to make an appointment to visit the showroom and possibly design the bedroom on the spot. I think a customer goes to the store, sees something they like and starts designing. Instead, by telephone I was told that I could visit the showroom but that the design was eventually done based on the budget and the number of beds etc etc ... a series of excuses and counter-excuses that was like saying "come to the shop at see but just for ". To which, annoyed, I said I had no budget, and that based on the room I would have decided, but I have always been told the same things as not to let me go in person. I also got bored of talking unnecessarily on the phone and therefore I will not come to the showroom. Too bad, you have lost a potential customer even before acquiring it. I would highly recommend improving the service, especially in these times when nothing is taken for granted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come detto anche in altre recensioni, confermo tutto quanto di buono è stato già citato. Tre aspetti CHIAVE caratterizzano la mia esperienza: Professionalità, Cordialità e Disponibilità.
Ciò, tradotto, significa che:
1) Professionalità = nulla è improvvisato e, dunque, tutto l'iter dalla progettazione, sopralluogo, e montaggio è stato perfetto e senza alcun imprevisto.
2) Cordialità = tutte i nostri dubbi, ripensamenti e perplessità sono stati accolti senza batter ciglio o segni di insofferenza, ma sempre col sorriso e con la voglia di accontentarci
3) Disponibilità = un paio di elementi della cameretta sono arrivati lievemente danneggiati e, prontamente e, soprattutto senza che fossi io a menzionarlo, tutti si sono attivati immediatamente per la sostituzione gratuita in tempi celerissimi.
Una menzione particolare per Fabio, Nicola disponibili e cordialissimi e, ovviamente, per Salvatore che ci ha conquistato con la sua affabilità e la capacità di accontentarci sempre con serenità e gentilezza.
In sintesi, consiglio caldamente questo negozio che è certamente per noi un punto di riferimento per l'arredo delle camerette.
Ci torneremo senz'altro!

As mentioned in other reviews, I confirm all the good things that have already been mentioned. Three KEY aspects characterize my experience: Professionalism, Friendliness and Availability.
This, translated, means that:
1) Professionalism = nothing is improvised and, therefore, the whole process from design, inspection, and assembly was perfect and without any unexpected events.
2) Friendliness = all our doubts, second thoughts and perplexities were welcomed without batting an eyelid or signs of impatience, but always with a smile and the desire to be satisfied
3) Availability = a couple of elements of the bedroom arrived slightly damaged and, promptly and, above all without my mentioning it, all were immediately activated for a free replacement in a very short time.
A special mention for Fabio, Nicola available and very cordial and, of course, for Salvatore who won us over with his affability and the ability to always satisfy us with serenity and kindness.
In summary, I highly recommend this shop which is certainly for us a reference point for children's bedroom furniture.
We will definitely be back!
