Called for assistance to my blocked car. For logistical reasons (he was alone at work) he couldn't come, but he gave me another name to call. My review is simply to thank him for the extreme courtesy and kindness shown. Surely courtesy and ability are part of his work ?

In the notes they have installation and repair of tail lifts. To me with a problem on a tail lift they replied that they do not do this service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato per la prima volta a novembre 2020 da bertelli la mia auto per la revisione, tutto bene, veloci e cordiali.
Oggi, dopo aver preso appuntamento l'ho riportata per fare il tagliando,l'impiegata in accettazione molto gentile, il meccanico ha preso in consegna l'auto e mi conferma che avrebbe cercato di controllare tutto.
La sera, nel riprendere l'auto vengono accolta da un'altra impiegata che non mi sa illustrare nulla di ciò che è stato fatto , tranne chiedermi il corrispettivo da pagare e fornirmi copia della fattura.... Ecco, io penso che 1 minuto da parte del meccanico che ha eseguito il lavoro per delucidarmi su ciò che è stato fatto, lo poteva spendere visto che sono nuova cliente e comunque fa parte del servizio che ho pagato.
Questo non mi è molto piaciuto.
I took my car to Bertelli for the first time in November 2020 for inspection, everything was fine, fast and friendly.
Today, after making an appointment, I brought her back to have the service done, the reception clerk was very kind, the mechanic took delivery of the car and confirms that he would try to check everything.
In the evening, when they get back to the car, they are greeted by another employee who does not know how to explain anything of what has been done, except ask me for the amount to pay and provide me with a copy of the invoice .... Here, I think 1 minute by the mechanic who carried out the work to elucidate me on what was done, he could spend it since I am a new customer and in any case it is part of the service I paid for.
I didn't like this very much.
