Sono il possessore di un opel vivaro 1.9 cdti, sono rimasto in panne proprio di fronte l'officina pneus alla fine di agosto 2020.
Mi sono rivolto a loro per la riparazione in quanto sono molto distante dal mio paese.
Per mia grossa sfortuna, si è fatta a brandelli la cinghia dei servizi per grippaggio di un cuscinetto, venendo poi macinata dalla cinghia di distribuzione portando fuori fase il motore con diversi danni alla testata, iniettori,valvole ecc.
Detto questo, dopo aver speso diverse migliaia di euro per la riparazione e lasciando a loro il pieno controllo sui lavori da eseguire-, a settembre 2021 dopo circa 10000 km percorsi sono di nuovo rimasto a piedi per colpa di un tendi cinghia dei servizi inchiodato, portando ancora una volta alla rottura della cinghia e al sfasatura della distribuzione.
Ho chiesto spiegazioni e garanzia portando con me il pezzo guasto.
Mi è stato detto che per loro il pezzo non andava sostituito in quanto sembrava ancora in buone condizioni, nonostante ciò io mi chiedo se vale la pena non sostituire un pezzo cosi importante che ha sofferto una rottura, per un ricambio da poche decide di euro al fronte di una spesa così grossa.
Non hanno riconosciuto il danno.
Hi, I wanted to tell my experience.
I am the owner of an opel vivaro 1.9 cdti, I was stranded right in front of the pneus workshop at the end of august 2020.
I went to them for repair as they are very far from my country.
To my great misfortune, the service belt was torn to shreds by a bearing seizure, and was then ground by the timing belt, causing the engine to out of phase with various damage to the cylinder head, injectors, valves etc.
Having said that, after spending several thousand euros for the repair and leaving them full control over the work to be carried out -, in September 2021 after about 10,000 km traveled I was again left on foot due to a nailed service belt tensioner, once again leading to the breaking of the belt and the timing out of phase.
I asked for an explanation and a guarantee, taking the broken part with me.
I was told that for them the piece should not be replaced as it still seemed in good condition, despite this I wonder if it is worth not replacing a piece so important that it has suffered a break, for a replacement from a few decides of euro per in the face of such a large expense.
They didn't recognize the damage.
