★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'officina non è grandissima, ma offre un servizio discreto. I locali sono molto pulito con difficoltà a trovare macchie di olio e grasso in giro. Su questo aspetto merita 5 stelle. Per quanto riguarda il riscontro preventivo, spesa finale, il conto sale alla fine dei lavori rispetto a quanto presunto. Sulla mia esperienza avvenuta in una unica occasione, quanto chiesto in relazione ai lavori svolti, è risultato eccessivo in misura che va da un 30%a un 50% consiglio un preventivo scritto e ben dettagliato, onde evitare spiacevoli sorprese, nonostante le rassicurazioni dei titolari di venire incontro. Sui rapporti con il cliente voto 6. Poco aperti al rapporto con il cliente è troppo sobri e barricati nel loro ruolo di titolari ed esperti.
Nel complesso valuterò un possibile intervento dietro preventivo dettagliato e scritto, mai più a voce con la formula più o meno, circa ecc.
