K	Klaus Bittner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La chiusura centralizzata collegata all'antifurto non ha funzionato per un periodo, mi sono rivolto all'officina che mi ha comunicato che andava sostituita la centralina dell'apertura porte perchè bruciata, mentre ero in attesa di un preventivo da parte di Pasini, all'improvviso è resuscitata ed ha ripreso a funzionare.... come è possibile????? A dover di cronaca poi ha ripreso a non funzionare...... ma sicuramente non poteva essere bruciata. Non mi sono più fidato dell'officina The central locking connected to the alarm did not work for a period, I contacted the workshop which informed me that the door opening control unit had to be replaced because it was burnt, while I was waiting for a quote from Pasini, at the suddenly it was resurrected and started working again .... how is it possible ????? As a matter of fact, then it started not working again ...... but it certainly could not be burned. I no longer trusted the workshop

Nos cobraron 80 € por el diagnóstico, nos comentaron que no podían hacer la reparación puesto que no tenían elevador para una autocaravana tan pesada como la nuestra y nos recomendaron otro taller. El diagnóstico resulto erróneo, nos dijeron que era un fallo del tubo del Intercooler y resultó ser un fallo en el caudalímetro del aire . Así que pagamos 80 € para nada. Deberían habernos dicho desde un principio que ellos no estaban preparados para reparar nuestra máquina. Lo único positivo es que el taller que nos recomendaron si fueron profesionales, detectaron el fallo y lo solucionaron en el mismo día. En resumen, nos sentimos estafados, pagamos 80 € por un diagnóstico incorrecto. We take our motorhome to repair. They charged us € 80 for the diagnosis, they told us that they could not do the repair since they did not have a lift for a motorhome as heavy as ours and they recommended another workshop. The diagnosis was wrong, we were told it was a fault in the Intercooler tube and it turned out to be a fault in the air flow meter. So we paid € 80 for nothing. They should have told us up front that they weren't prepared to repair our machine. The only positive thing is that the workshop they recommended to us, if they were professionals, detected the fault and fixed it on the same day. In short, we feel ripped off, we paid € 80 for a wrong diagnosis.

Freundliches Entgegenkommen ADAC then 40 minutes later emergency service Pasini had very good diagnosis car with. Repair finished in two days after consultation. Everything goes. Price reasonable. Friendly accommodating

Servizio professionale e veloce, l'auto mi è stata consegnata in perfette condizioni. Mi hanno pure offerto la sanificazione con l'ozono, consigliatissimi. I took my car for routine maintenance and was told that I need to replace the tires because they are old. Professional and fast service, the car was delivered to me in perfect condition. They also offered me ozone sanitation, highly recommended.

Hanno esperienza, professionalità e bravi meccanici. Mi hanno sempre spiegato dettagliatamente i guasti e i lavori fatti mostrandomi i pezzi sostituiti. Mi hanno offerto le alternative economiche quando non valeva la pena spendere di più. Con me sono sempre stati tutti molto gentili. In officina c'è un ambiente familiare e un clima disteso. In tanti anni ho visto anche clienti diffidenti e arroganti, spesso sono quelli già nervosi per aver dovuto affrontare un soccorso stradale. Non tutte le officine hanno questo servizio di soccorso stradale, alcune hanno solo i loro clienti e magari meno giudizi negativi. Mi dispiace per certe recensioni negative all'Officina Pasini, non se le merita. I have been a client of Officina Pasini for almost thirty years and I am happy to be one even though I live on the other side of the city. They have experience, professionalism and good mechanics. They always explained to me in detail the breakdowns and the work done, showing me the replaced parts. They offered me the cheap alternatives when it wasn't worth the extra money. Everyone has always been very kind to me. In the workshop there is a familiar atmosphere and a relaxed atmosphere. In many years I have also seen suspicious and arrogant customers, often those who are already nervous about having to face a roadside assistance. Not all garages have this breakdown service, some only have their customers and perhaps fewer negative reviews. I'm sorry for some negative reviews at Officina Pasini, it doesn't deserve them.
m	mia lista 147896325 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trovatori in panne con la mia auto chiamo il soccorso stradale autista gentilissimo e cordiale ,porta la mia auto nell'officina pasini , segretaria gentilissima ma il conto di 85,40€ solo per fare diagnosi alla macchina un vero e proprio furto . Dalle mie parti cioè piove di sacco fare la diagnosi costa al massimo 30€ . Non andate da questa officina disonesta Troubadours in breakdown with my car I call the roadside assistance very kind and friendly driver, take my car to the Pasini workshop, very kind secretary but the bill of € 85.40 just to diagnose the car a real theft. In my part, that is, it rains a lot, making the diagnosis costs a maximum of € 30. Don't go to this dishonest shop
M	Milva Magoga on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was unfortunate to have broken down in the vicinity of this company. Firstly they took 5 hours to recover me off the motorway and to their depot. We thought everything was going well as the repairs were carried out within 24hrs and we had agreed a price. The problems arose when we came to collect the car. Firstly there was an extra 45 euros added to the bill for some unauthorised diagnostic work. They told us that our breakdown insurance company had authorised this. We needed the car and the garage was close to closing for the day so we decided to pay. They then tried to pressure us to pay with cash, suggesting we go to a cashpoint machine to withdraw the money. They said they didn't have anyone in the office but we insisted on paying by card and within 30 seconds they produced the card machine for use. The owner of this garage is very rude and arrogant and not at all helpful. We had to return the next day as the warning light that they said they had cleared came on again shortly after leaving their workshop. We returned to ask for the details of the diagnostics that they had carried out and they refused to give us any information and telling us we had to take it to another garage for repair. They made no offer to look at the vehicle or repair it for us. It culminated in their staff member just walking away and refusing to talk to us. This company has no concept of customer service, do not use!!!!
