They unplugged the phone so as not to have to answer and the emails do not even open them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nessuno risponde né via email né via telefonica, sono disponibili sono il martedì dalle 15.00 alle 16.00 e mercoledì dalle 11 alle 12, gli uffici sono chiusi al pubblico causa covid...na tragedia!
No one answers either by email or by telephone, they are available only on Tuesdays from 15.00 to 16.00 and on Wednesdays from 11 to 12, the offices are closed to the public due to covid ... na tragedy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assurdooo! Per tre settimane consecutive ho chiamato come viene detto dalla voce guida negli orari e nei giorni stabiliti,purtroppo sempre con esito negativo. Nessuna risposta! Mi chiedo a che serve la segreteria telefonica se poi non risponde nessuno. Dimenticavo... richiamavo ogni 3-5 minuti,eppure...??♂️??♂️
Absurd! For three consecutive weeks I called as told by the guide voice at the times and on the established days, unfortunately always with negative results. No reply! I wonder what the answering machine is for if no one answers. I forgot ... I called back every 3-5 minutes, and yet ... ??♂️??♂️
