Non discuto il valore storico ma noto che, nel suo complesso, è fatiscente e comprende porzioni che richiedono interventi urgenti di messa in sicurezza. Riconosco altresì le grandi potenzialità aggregative e la valutazione complessivamente è positiva.
I met the structure because it recently became the headquarters of the CNGEI scouts to which my son is registered. I do not discuss the historical value but I know that, as a whole, it is dilapidated and includes portions that require urgent safety measures. I also recognize the great aggregative potential and the overall assessment is positive.
