Tantissimo spazio esterno per poter mettere in pratica le nozioni teoriche; aule che sono situate in un complesso storico, alcune sono affrescate con dipinti antichi. Più che una scuola sembra un maniero del rinascimento. È circondata da alberi secolari e sorge su una collina per cui dai piani più alti si vede un panorama a perdita d'occhio. Da un certo punto di vista non concilia lo studio. È provvista di serre per la coltivazione di fiori e verdura, c'è una stalla con diverse razze di animali. In determinati periodi si può visitare con la supervisione di alunni del quinto anno che forniscono spiegazioni dettagliate. ( Giornate del FAI e Sagraria ) Put simply: agricultural school. Hanno serre di produzione di fiori e verdure e serre per piante da esterno e piante tropicali. Si insegna a propagare varie piante e a seguirle in tutto il loro ciclo di crescita. Inoltre ci sono campi per coltivare varie orticole per ogni stagione... Per non parlare degli animali, ad esempio ci sono pecore brianzole...
