Thank you for the quick, uncomplicated and competent help with the repair of our broken spring. We were able to continue our tour through Italy as planned and came back to Germany without a breakdown.

Mi hanno chiamato alle 16.23 dicendo che il "sensore giri albero motore" (su internet 30 euro circa)doveva ancora arrivare. Alle 17.00 mi richiamano che la macchina è pronta. Quindi 30 minuti di lavoro. Caricate 2 ore e mezza in fattura di lavoro. Totale???? 196,18 euro.
Tutte le volte che gli ho domandato il costo, via telefono e di persona per la riparazione e quindi per capire l'entità del danno si è sempre rifiutato di rispondere.
A MAI PIÙ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Bad experience.
They called me at 4.23 pm saying that the "crankshaft speed sensor" (about 30 euros on the internet) had yet to arrive. At 17.00 they remind me that the car is ready. So 30 minutes of work. Upload 2 and a half hours on the job invoice. Total???? 196.18 euros.
Whenever I asked him about the cost, by phone and in person, for the repair and therefore to understand the extent of the damage he always refused to answer.
TO NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi permetto di scrivere in merito ad una " riparazione " effettuata questa estate su una bmw 525. Spia abs accesa,sostituito sensore abs, il difetto era la centralina ( scoperto in seguito a Bologna), ma la cosa incredibile e pericolosa, hanno coperto la spia abs con del nastro adesivo nero!!!!!!! Da denuncia!!! Fattura pagata e neanche una telefonata di scuse. Allucinante e sconsigliatissimo.
Allow me to write about a "repair" carried out this summer on a bmw 525. Abs light on, abs sensor replaced, the defect was the control unit (discovered later in Bologna), but the incredible and dangerous thing, they covered the abs spy with black tape !!!!!!! From complaint !!! Invoice paid and not even an apology call. Hallucinating and highly discouraged.
