Il carro attrezzi mi ha portato nell'officina più vicina dove ho trovato il meccanico che malgrado il fuori orario mi aspettava. La riparazione è stata programmata dopo il week end cioè il lunedì. Martedì sono tornato a Trento per ritirare l'auto. Tutto perfetto molto efficiente e disponibile. Un vero Alpino. I was wrong to fill up and I found myself stuck on Friday evening in Trento. The tow truck took me to the nearest garage where I found the mechanic who, despite the overtime, was waiting for me. The repair was scheduled after the weekend that is on Monday. On Tuesday I returned to Trento to collect the car. Everything perfect very efficient and helpful. A true Alpine.

Super consigliato! Excellent workshop, owner available and competent. I had a breakdown and it fixed everything faster than I expected. Super recommended!

Il nostro obbiettivo era l'olanda e avendo già prenotato il soggiorno avevamo estrema urgenza di ripartire. Il danno comprendeva la batteria e un modello molto specifico di alternatore. Daniele ha chiamato almeno 7 fornitori diversi per cercare di trovare subito il pezzo mancante, purtroppo inutilmente. Ci siamo dovuti trattenere fino al giorno successivo a Trento dove l'officina è comunque riuscita a farsi spedire il pezzo la mattina successiva. Per le 10.30 avevamo alternatore e batteria nuovi installati sull'auto e un cappellino Moser in omaggio. Siamo rimasti colpiti dalla disponibilità di Daniele e di sua moglie che si è adoperata per rendere questo spiacevole incidente un po' meno traumatico a suon di sorrisi, caffè e consigli sulla città. My parents and I found ourselves stranded along the A22. Our goal was the Netherlands and having already booked the stay we were extremely urgent to leave. The damage included the battery and a very specific model of alternator. Daniele called at least 7 different suppliers to try to find the missing piece immediately, unfortunately to no avail. We had to stay until the next day in Trento where the workshop still managed to get the piece sent the next morning. By 10.30 we had new alternator and battery installed on the car and a free Moser cap. We were struck by the availability of Daniele and his wife who worked to make this unpleasant incident a little less traumatic with smiles, coffee and advice on the city.
