★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ATTENZIONE!!! Mi hanno venduto un turbo revisionato con attuatore NUOVO che non lo è, costringendomi alla fine a comperare il pezzo nuovo. Il deposito cauzionale, a fronte del pezzo ritornato a metà luglio, non mi è stato rimborsato, nonostante telefonate fatte ogni settimana e promesse infinite e ripetute da tutti che mi avrebbero fatto il relativo bonifico. DIFFIDATE!!!!!
 CAUTION!!! They sold me a revised turbo with a NEW actuator that is not, forcing me to finally buy the new piece. The security deposit, against the piece returned in mid-July, was not reimbursed to me, despite phone calls made every week and endless and repeated promises by all that I would have made the related transfer. BEWARE !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La valutazione è zero. Hanno solo una bella parlantina soprattutto il piero, con la p minuscola. Hanno fatto corsi di darla ad intendere piuttosto che di meccanica. Ho fatto revisionare una turbina che mi è stata mandata dopo 10 gg anziché 24h e arrivata non posizionata correttamente. Rispedita è tornata dopo 20gg che sputava olio peggio di quando l'ho smontata la prima volta. Ho chiesto che mi ridassero i soldi e il caro piero mi ha intortato con mille discorsi e mille promesse, che mi avrebbe mandato una turbina rigenerata. Tra telefonate mancate(non rispondono mai) e attese varie, ho aspettato per 6 mesi, sperando che le promesse fatte fossero mantenute ma nisba, una grande faccia tosta. All'occasione andrò a trovare questi personaggi per complimentarmi e a suggerire di cambiare mestiere. Spendete qualcosa in più ma lasciate perdere questi imbroglioni
The evaluation is zero. The piero, with its small p, has only a fine gab. They did give courses to understand rather than mechanical. I did revise a turbine that was sent to me after 10 days instead of 24h and arrived not positioned correctly. Returned after 20 days he returned spitting oil worse than when I dismantled it the first time. I asked ridassero me money and dear piero has intortato me with a thousand speeches and a thousand promises, that he would send me a refurbished turbine. Between missed calls (they never answer) and various expectations, I waited for 6 months, hoping that the promises made were kept but nisba, a great nerve. On occasion I will visit these characters to congratulate and suggest to change jobs. Spend a little more, but forget about these cheaters

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come nella stragrande maggioranza dei post esperienza imbarazzante , stiamo da un mese attendendo il motore . Si sono sbagliati nei colli e ci hanno spedito un motore di un'auto diversa. Da un punto di vista commerciale l'azienda è: "non classificabile"! Non rispondono a telefono , sono introvabili. Abbiamo anche scritto alla Sciarelli e rivolti al SP. Vi terremo aggiornati . Una stella, ma solo per pubblicare la recensione. A distanza di tempo non è cambiato nulla, solo tre mail in cui hanno preso impegni e promesso cose, disattese. Dopo tre mesi problema irrisolto. Statene alla larga!
As in the vast majority of post embarrassing experience, we have been waiting for the month for a month. They are mistaken in the hills and they sent a car engine different. From a commercial point of view the company is "not classifiable"! They don't answer by phone, they can't be found. We also wrote to Sciarelli and addressed the SP. We will keep you posted . A star, but only to publish the review. After some time nothing has changed, only three emails in which they have made commitments and promised things, disregarded. After three months, an unsolved problem. Stay away from it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Duonque......ho vissuto anche io il disagio telefonico, ma recandomi in officina mi sono reso conto che sono quattro uomini che lavorano e non fanno segreteria! ( cmq possono migliorare) per quanto riguarda la professionalità...io ho mandato un freelander 1 diesel per far rettificare il motore. Conosciutii attraverso internet e spedito sulla fiducia auto con bisarca dalla prov. di Torino. Bene, bene...un motore mai sentito girare cosi, disponibilità a volontà da parte loro per qualsiasi cosa ( a noi hanno prenotato b&b e cena.....e poi offerto anche pranzo ill giorno dopo)....hanno risolto molti problemi derivanti da lavori precedenti che a loro non competeva. Prezzi ottimi. Grazie ragazzi....... a presto! Enrico e Daniela
Duonque ...... I also experienced the telephone inconvenience, but when I went to the workshop I realized that there are four men who work and don't work as secretaries! (anyway they can improve) as far as professionalism is concerned ... I sent a 1 diesel freelander to rectify the engine. Known through the internet and sent on auto trust with car transporter from the prov. of Turin. Well, well ... an engine never felt like this, willingness on their part for anything (they booked us b & b and dinner ..... and then also offered lunch ill the next day) .... they solved many problems deriving from previous works that did not belong to them. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo non ho avuto una buona esperienza, dopo avergli portato la mia auto per sostituire il motore ho dovuto attendere 3 settimane prima di poter tornare a Trento a riprenderla. Arrivato mi dicono che non era ancora pronta e ho dovuto dorare li ( a loro spese) e il giorno dopo mi dicono che manca un pezzo e che avrei dovuto dormire ancora li. Io sono voluto tornare a casa con l'auto e che il pezzo mi sarebbe stato spedito il lunedì. Ad oggi ,giovedì sera il pezzo non si è visto. Oltretutto mi sono rivolto ad un meccanico di Imola (visto che l'impianto a gas non funzionava) e mi ha detto che ha trovato dei fili che non sono stati collegati.
I due fratelli sono gentili ( mi hanno regalato uno speck)però credo che debbano migliorare i loro collaboratori e la maniera di rendersi reperibili con i clienti. Comunque ritengo un' esperienza da non ripetere e da non consigliare
Unfortunately I did not have a good experience, after having brought my car to replace the engine I had to wait 3 weeks before being able to return to Trento to take it back. Arrived they tell me that it was not ready yet and I had to brown them (at their expense) and the next day they tell me that a piece is missing and that I would have to sleep there again. I wanted to go home with the car and that the piece would be sent to me on Monday. To date, the piece has not been seen on Thursday evening. Besides, I turned to an Imola mechanic (since the gas system did not work) and told me that he found wires that were not connected.
The two brothers are kind (they gave me a speck) but I think they have to improve their employees and the way to make themselves available with customers. However I consider an experience not to be repeated and not to be recommended

absolutely unreliable, as an engine overhaul shop I requested the availability of a rectification kit advertised on the internet and, after the first answer "I'll let you know" they no longer answer the phone, no professionalism and completely useless

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato un motore Mercedes pagando un acconto con bonifico di € 1.000. Avevo supplicato di spedirlo entro i tempi previsti affinché potessi utilizzare il veicolo per la stagione scolastica 2019. Celeri nel rispondere a telefono e alle email in fase di ordinazione e di comunicazione del loro IBAN. Con notevole ritardo è stato consegnato un motore Volkswagen 4 cilindri anziché del Mercedes 6 cilindri. Da allora hanno smesso di rispondere a telefono e alle email. Leggo da altre recensioni che non è la prima volta che usano questo trucchetto, purtroppo le ho lette tardi. Disonesti, truffatori, bugiardi. Non ho altri termini per definirli. Presentata querela e denuncia di truffa in procura. Lasciate stare, se vi serve un'officina seria cambiate aria, soldi e tempo buttati.
I ordered a Mercedes engine by paying a deposit of € 1,000. I had begged to send it within the time allowed so that I could use the vehicle for the 2019 school season. I have no other terms to define them. Complaint filed and prosecution fraud report filed. Forget it, if you need a serious workshop, change the air, money and time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ahimè dovevo leggere prima le recensioni e poi contattarli per affidargli il lavoro, pessima azienda e incapaci a mille inoltre mi hanno distrutto la turbina, ti scrivono che in 3 giorni ti fanno il lavoro, invece passano settimane e non riescono a fare il lavoro anzi mandi la turbina montata e ti ritorna a pezzi, vi prego state il più lontano possibile da questa azindaccia fatta di incapaci, state alla larga....
