Ha sempre garantito serietà e professionalità tutte le volte che abbiamo avuto un problema alle nostre auto. Badate che il prezzo non è mai stato il problema principale, ma l'aspetto più importante è stato sempre quello di assicurare cura dell'auto entro tempi relativamente veloci: quando hai garanzia di successo, anche in breve tempo, é un piacere pagare qualsiasi cifra. I prezzi sono rivisti al ribasso proprio perché è un'attività di famiglia e il sig. Bernardo é consapevole delle difficoltà che molte famiglie stanno attraversando. Io ho trovato sempre la competenza di un uomo che spesso ti spiega qual è il problema e come lo si vorrebbe risolvere. E lo fa soprattutto per i figli che lo coadiuvano nel portare avanti l'attività, come un maestro fa coi propri alunni, anche perché rappresentano il futuro dell'attività portata avanti con dedizione nel tempo. Davide, il principale come lo chiamo io, che è il mio meccanico di fiducia e Salvo, più riservato, ma al tempo stesso bravo a carpire i suggerimenti del padre. Tre persone per bene prima di tutto. Ho dato solo 5 stelle poiché non c'era valutazione maggiore.... complimenti allo staff, che avendo a disposizione i pezzi in un giorno di duro lavoro mi ha subito dato la macchina..
