★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cortesi e competenti. Purtroppo mi hanno sostituito il gruppo servosterzo inutilmente. Infatti le innumerevoli anomalie segnalate, tra cui il servosterzo, erano dovute alla centralina. Cambiata la centralina è sparito tutto. Peccato che nel frattempo avevamo già speso oltre 1000E per sostituire componenti che forse non avevano nessun problema. Questo a fronte di un costo della centralina di soli 500E. Un dubbio viene.
Courteous and competent. Unfortunately, the power steering unit was replaced unnecessarily. In fact, the countless reported anomalies, including the power steering, were due to the control unit. Once the control unit was changed, everything disappeared. Too bad that in the meantime we had already spent over 1000E to replace components that perhaps didn't have any problems. This compared to a cost of the control unit of only 500E. A doubt comes.

Questo problema non mi era stato risolto nè con segnalazioni apposite, né col primo tagliando annuale effettuato presso l'officina della concessionaria dove avevo acquistato il veicolo.
Very efficient, helpful and kind. They solved the problem of my Y hybrid not charging the hybrid battery and the start stop did not work. This problem had not been solved for me either with specific reports or with the first annual service carried out at the workshop of the dealership where I had purchased the vehicle.
