Ho detto di non procedere e quando sono andata a ritirarla mi hanno chiesto 80€ per un lavoro alla centralina che avevano comunque fatto.... Scorretti e super costosi. I only brought the car for a quote on service and inspection and they asked me for 720 €. I said not to proceed and when I went to pick it up they asked me for 80 € for a job on the control unit which they had done anyway .... Incorrect and super expensive.

Ma per piccoli o banali interventi non li fanno pagare. Per me non è comodissimo ma le prestazioni sono di tutto rispetto. It is not fantastic: it is what you expect from a car workshop: kindness, attention to the customer. Sure the prices ... But for small or trivial interventions they don't make them pay. For me it's not very comfortable but the performances are very respectable.

Un po di empatia in più non guasterebbe. Purtroppo il punto debole è che sono decisamente cari. Fatto un tagliando alla mia Giulietta del 12/96 con 30.000 km a 580 euro It is a professional Alfa Romeo dealer. The owner is very kind. Alla mia domanda come fosse possibile una tale casualità hanno risposto in maniera evasiva ed escludendo qualsiasi responsabilità a loro carico; La mia stella non vale sicuramente il peggior voto applicabile di questa recensione.. ma molto meno. Ho portato la mia 500X per il primo tagliando e sorpresa finale, mi è stata riconsegnata lavata. Prima della 500X avevo avuto una jeep grande cherokee e una Mercedes glk, portate sempre in officine ufficiali per i tagliandi, ma mai mi erano state consegnate pulite. Che dire, bravi. Really professional workshop, friendly and knowledgeable staff. I brought my 500X for the first coupon and final surprise, it was returned to me washed. Before the 500X I had a big Cherokee jeep and a Mercedes glk, always brought in official workshops for the coupons, but they had never been delivered clean to me. What can I say, good.

A seguito dei controlli (costati 60€) mi è stata comunicata la necessità di effettuare diverse riparazioni preventivate in 700/800€ + IVA. A tal punto, mi sono recato presso officina rete ufficiale Nissan a Roma e con 180€ ho risolto il tutto e passato la revisione. Evidenza della disonestà, e non solo del caro prezzo applicato, risiede nel fatto che mi era stato detto che gli ammortizzatori erano “scoppiati” quando in realtà erano solo leggermente “scarichi”!
