Anastasi non controlla il portale Groupama (G-Evolution) per l'installazione del satellitare e fa aspettare le persone 2 settimane perché non ordina per tempo...per fortuna lavoro in Agenzia Groupama, quindi non sono una semplice cliente, altrimenti avremmo fatto davvero una pessima figura!!
In ogni caso oggi ho chiamato il numero verde dell'Assistenza G-Evolution e mi sono fatta cambiare l'installatore!
I'm sorry but that's not right; Mr. Anastasi does not check the Groupama portal (G-Evolution) for the installation of the satellite and makes people wait 2 weeks because he does not order in time ... luckily I work in the Groupama Agency, so I am not just a customer, otherwise we would have made a really bad impression !!
In any case, today I called the toll-free number of G-Evolution Assistance and I had the installer changed!
