Ottima anche la chirurgia, ho fatto un un'intervento "semplice " , ma tutto il personale , i chirurghi e tutti gli altri si sono dimostrati preparati ma anche umani , grande pulizia dei locali. Excellent first aid, careful, professional. The surgery was also excellent, I made a "simple" operation, but all the staff, the surgeons and all the others proved to be prepared but also human, great cleanliness of the premises.
N	Nicola Battistelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non mi sono trovato bene...mi sono sottoposto ad una visita dermatologica dove ne sono uscito molto insoddisfatto...al mio arrivo sono stato invitato a pagare il ticket dopo la visita visto l'affluenza delle persone,ho atteso il mio turno e quando sono entrato dalla dermatologa mi hanno tenuto almeno 10 minuti a discutere il perché non avevo pagato il ticket,quando sono stati loro a suggerirmelo,inoltre credo che sia buon senso e forma di rispetto spegnere il cellulare,quindi nei circa 5 minuti che mi sono stati dedicati per visitarmi sono uscito con 2 foglietti di carta dove non si legge neanche il nome della dottoressa che mi ha dedicato un po' del suo preziosissimo tempo. Mi sbagliavo, ho trovato dei medici e paramedici più che all’altezza, gentili, premurosi ma sopratutto capaci. Ringrazio il Dott. Francesco Giani e Il suo staff di sala per avermi rimesso a nuovo la mano. Dopo solo 10 giorni, tolti i punti, era tornata la mano di sempre!!Grazie, impossibile fare di meglio. After only 10 days, after the points were removed, the usual hand was back !! Thanks, impossible to do better.

E chiedo un panino non c'è né uno tra mille e dico.. Uno.. Che sia vegetariano.. Sono delusa non x me.. Ma in quando non ci sia questa forma di rispetto per una cosa così semplice... Alla fine esco.. Non mangio ma non è quello il problema... E il modo.. Ci vuole tanto poco anche solo una persona.. Merita rispetto....almeno in questi luoghi. Nothing to say about the hospital .. But I want to say a word at the bar .. Pretty girls .. But it is possible that every time I give blood or plasma .. And I ask for a sandwich there is not one among a thousand and I say .. One .. Considerando il periodo pandemico, sono stati molto solerti, efficienti e gentili, dall'ortopedico che mi ha riposizionato la spalla, al radiologo infermieri, dottoressa del pronto soccorso e il personale del 118 che mi ha trasportato dall'eremo della Verna all'ospedale. Provenendo da altra Regione, ho avuto un'ottima impressione di professionalità e soprattutto gentilezza....che non è poco!
