E	Enzo Delle Grazie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'accesso al sentiero Coleman è su una strada del paese (Cineto Romano) con divieto di accesso: non consiglio di entrare nella strada con l'automobile perchè dopo un po' diventa difficile manovrare. All'imbocco della strada in alternativa c'è un parcheggio gratuito. Il sentiero inizia in discesa e porta verso le prime cascatelle carine da vedere. Fino a qua tutto a posto: anche i bambini ci possono arrivare. Tuttavia, nella seconda parte il sentiero diventa stretto e scosceso e presenta piccole salite ripide. Sicuramente questa seconda parte non è adatta ai bambini (anche se attrezzati). D'inverno inoltre il sentiero può essere abbastanza fangoso e scivoloso. In ogni caso vale la pena di arrivare fino in fondo per godere della bella cascata del Rioscuro. Access to the Coleman path is on a road in the town (Cineto Romano) with no access: I do not recommend entering the street with the car because after a while it becomes difficult to maneuver. At the entrance to the road there is alternatively free parking. The path starts downhill and leads to the first nice waterfalls to see. So far everything is fine: even children can get there. However, in the second part the path becomes narrow and steep and has small steep climbs. Surely this second part is not suitable for children (even if equipped). Furthermore, in winter the path can be quite muddy and slippery. In any case, it is worthwhile to go all the way to enjoy the beautiful Rioscuro waterfall.

Mi ha incuriosito questo sentiero Coleman che risale da Cineto Romano a Riofreddo, non fatelo da Riofreddo perché è meno agevole. La storia di questo lungo percorso è curiosa e per il momento ci siamo avventurati su questo breve tratto di 2 ore. A 20 min.da Cineto incrociate la strada per le cascate. Consigliate le scarpe da trekking A pleasant discovery on the outskirts of Rome. I was intrigued by this Coleman path that goes up from Cineto Romano to Riofreddo, do not do it from Riofreddo because it is less easy. M	Marco M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "Cascatelle" più che cascate ma comunque posto suggestivo non troppo impegnativo, salvo alcune deviazioni segnalate per esperti. Da visitare sicuramente, in pieno giorno si apprezza maggiormente la limpidezza dell'acqua. "Cascatelle" more than waterfalls but still a suggestive place that is not too demanding, except for some deviations indicated for experts. Definitely worth visiting, in broad daylight the clarity of the water is best appreciated.
A	Alessio Romani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ...si inizia il percorso per le cascate di Rioscuro da Cineto Romano p.s. la domenica il paese è isola pedonale, non provate a fare i furbi con la vostra auto a me i vecchietti seduti sulle panchine mi hanno guardato storto???si inizia il percorso coleman/cascate, la prima parte circa 2km è tutta pieno sole, e prima di entrare nella boscaglia, ci sono le indicazioni per le cascate circa 30 minuti....ma noi abbiamo deciso di arrivare a Riofreddo 1.10, tornando indietro da Riofreddo abbiamo preso per le cascate, bel sentiero pulito e sistemato, ultimo tratto impegnativo...anche quello per Riofreddo (meno sistemato ma ben visibile), più fattibile percorso A/R 11km...?‍?‍?‍?si...? ... the path to the Rioscuro waterfalls begins from Cineto Romano p.s. on Sundays the town is a pedestrian area, don't try to get smart with your car to me the old men sitting on the benches looked at me wrong and before entering the bush, there are signs for the waterfalls about 30 minutes .... but we decided to get to Riofreddo 1.10, returning back from Riofreddo we took to the waterfalls, nice clean and tidy path, last challenging stretch ... also the one for Riofreddo (less organized but clearly visible), more feasible route 11km A / R ... ?‍?‍?‍?yes ... ?

A	Angela on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho risalito il letto del fiume e fatto la capretta, pietra pietra, nella cascata grande, semi asciutta data la stagione. FAVOLOSO!!! Davvero vicino a Roma. Di giorno feriale e arrivando poco dopo le 9 ero praticamente del tutto sola (e questo ha reso ancor più affascinante il mio cammino) Il percorso parte dal centro di Cineto e fa parte del sentiero Coleman. È tutto ben segnalato e questo fa stare tranquilli. Davvero incantevole fiancheggiare il fiume, accompagnati dai suoni del luogo, imbattendosi in ponticelli di legno e scorci deliziosi! Il sentiero è agevole. Diventa un po' più impegnativo quando dai salti minori si vuol raggiungere la cascata grande: infatti inizia la salita e poi nell'ultimo tratto ci sono pietre e massi. Io ho trovato un bastone che sembrava aspettarmi e devo dire che questo mi ha dato aiuto quando ho deciso di entrare e risalire la cascata. Carinissime le piccole ranocchie in acqua Consiglio uno spray insetticida perché in certi punti iniziali ho avuto fastidiose compagne di esplorazione... Alla fine della mia passeggiata, soddisfatta per l'immersione nella natura, ho deciso di prendere un caffè a Cineto Romano: paesino pulito e ordinato, ben tenuto, circondato da monti verdi, con un castelletto che sembra una decorazione posizionata per appagare la vista. Cute little frogs in the water I recommend an insecticide spray because at certain initial points I had annoying exploration companions ... At the end of my walk, satisfied with the immersion in nature, I decided to have a coffee in Cineto Romano: a clean and tidy village, well kept, surrounded by green mountains, with a small castle that looks like a decoration positioned to satisfy the view.

Potete portare anche i cani , e i bambini si divertiranno almeno per il primo tratto a passare sui ponticelli di legno e a vedere le prime cascate. Piu avanti il percorso diventa piu serio, qualche salita impegnativa, stradina stretta , occorre un po' di allenamento base ,e scarpe adatte perché quando arriverete sotto la grande cascata, se deciderete di salire su passando attraverso acqua e rocce , ne avrete bisogno Stupende...da visitare!
