★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato da Oberto Tarena 2 box doccia trovandomi bene come prezzo e come assistenza per il loro montaggio. Ho avuto poi un problema al sifone del box doccia che si era crepato e quindi si è macchiato di umidità il soffitto del vicino di sotto. Mi sono quindi rivolto al titolare della ditta, Devis, che, con pazienza e con un pizzico di fortuna è riuscito a trovarmi il sifone di ricambio per il mio piatto doccia installato nel 1997; l'alternativa era spaccare pavimento e quant'altro con grande disagio e scompiglio come si può immaginare. Ho dovuto aspettare qualche mese, ma ne è valsa la pena (per fortuna ho 2 bagni, l'altro con vasca) di fronte all'idea di aver il bagno tutto a soqquadro e magari dover anche sostituire il piatto doccia, dopo aver tolto il box installato da appena 15 giorni. Pertanto sono molto soddisfatto del servizio, perché non mi ha creato alcun disagio ed alla fine é costato poco. Grazie mille Devis.
I purchased 2 showers from Oberto Tarena and found myself well as a price and as an assistance for their assembly. I then had a problem with the siphon of the shower cubicle that had cracked and therefore the ceiling of the neighbor below was stained with humidity. I then turned to the owner of the company, Devis, who, patiently and with a bit of luck, managed to find me the replacement siphon for my shower tray installed in 1997; the alternative was to break the floor and anything else with great discomfort and confusion as can be imagined. I had to wait a few months, but it was worth it (luckily I have 2 bathrooms, the other with a bathtub) faced with the idea of having a bathroom all upside down and maybe even having to replace the shower tray, after removing the box installed for just 15 days. Therefore I am very satisfied with the service, because it did not create any discomfort for me and in the end it was cheap. Thank you very much Devis.
