★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio clienti. Abbiamo annullato un ordine prima della sua spedizione ma ovviamente l'annullamento non è stato gestito e l'ordine spedito. Adesso chiedono anche di trattenere le spese di spedizione per rimandare ordine al magazzino. Pessima esperienza e davvero mancanza totale di "customer care".
Bad customer service. We canceled an order before it was shipped but obviously the cancellation was not handled and the order shipped. Now they are also asking to withhold shipping costs to send the order back to the warehouse. Bad experience and really total lack of "customer care".

Ho acquistato un mobile x il balcone e nella scatola era gia aperta e mancavano i pezzi 120euro buttati via . E sono tornato a lamentarsi del fatto . E nessuno ti ascolta in più non hanno più il tempo dopo aver comprato .
One star too much. service below zero and staff have no desire to work. I bought a piece of furniture for the balcony and in the box it was already open and the 120euro pieces thrown away were missing. And I went back to complaining about the fact. And no one listens to you anymore they no longer have time after buying.
