Vi ho chiamati venerdì mattina ed avete detto che un tecnico sarebbe passato nella mattinata di sabato...mai visto.
Vi ho ricontattati lunedì comunicando il codice d'errore della caldaia ed avete fatto venire un Signore in pensione, che ad oggi non mi risulta essere Vostro dipendente, ed in buona sostanza ha letto il codice che già avevo comunicato senza poter risolvere altro.
In tutta sincerità, per quella che può essere la mia esperienza, non mi sento di dare più di una stellina.
Poca professionalità, poca attenzione e poca comprensione ed ascolta.
Lei si sarebbe dato un voto migliore a ruoli invertiti?
As of 12/9/2021 I have been without a boiler for 6 days. By removing the holiday of 8.
I called you on Friday morning and you said a technician would come by on Saturday morning ... never seen.
I contacted you on Monday communicating the error code of the boiler and you sent a retired gentleman, who to date does not appear to be your employee, and basically read the code that I had already communicated without being able to solve anything else.
In all honesty, for what my experience may be, I don't feel like giving more than one star.
Little professionalism, little attention and little understanding and listen.
Would you have given yourself a better rating for reversed roles?
