★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata per ritirare un prodotto ordinato da un mio amico, non risultava il pezzo richiesto e mi sono sentita dire che non collaboravo e loro erano in quindici e dovevo sapere il nome della persona a cui l’aveva ordinato . In un negozio che funziona bene Un ordine viene registrato o appuntato in un’agenda con il nome del cliente più che fornire questi dati cosa potevo fare?. E mi sento rispondere che non collaborava perché a loro non risultava l’ordine ( personale sgarbato è incompetente ).
I went to pick up a product ordered from a friend of mine, the requested piece was not found and I was told that I was not cooperating and they were fifteen and I had to know the name of the person who had ordered it. In a shop that works well An order is recorded or pinned in a diary with the customer's name more than providing this data, what could I do ?. And I hear that he did not cooperate because they did not find the order (rude staff is incompetent).
