Disponibili, puntuali e propositivi.Ho chiesto un preventivo per effettuare un impianto geotermico e li ho scelti perché trovati i più innovativi e competitivi. Mi hanno illustrato con precisione e chiarezza le varie possibilità e le modalità per avere le detrazioni. Assolutamente consigliatissimi. Li ho già ricontattati per la mia baita in montagna. I asked for a quote to make a geothermal system and I chose them because they were the most innovative and competitive. Noi come condominio abbiamo un loro sistema, parecchie volte siamo rimasti al freddo e senza acqua calda. I loro tempi di intervento sono lunghi passano a volte settimane lasciandovi al freddo e senza acqua calda. Abbiamo chiesto più volte lo schema dell’impianto installato e non abbiamo mai avuto un riscontro. Non hanno un post vendita e assistenza adeguato e sono pure scontrosi durante le chiamate. Ho letto la vostra risposta, il condominio è situato nel comune di San Secondo di Pinerolo Via Chiesa di Miradolo 22/a... la cosa che mi pare più assurda è che noi di quella macchina non abbiamo nulla.. nessun libretto nessun disegno di come è fatta ..nessuno schema ...nessuno riesce a metterci mano ed aspettare voi vuol dire stare al freddo I do not recommend contacting this company for the installation of geothermal systems. F	Federico Lanza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ho attivato pompa geotermica con fotovoltaico e ventilconvettori un anno fa e l impianto sta funzionando bene. ho comunque atteso le bollette di dicembre/gennaio e febbraio/marzo per avere idea concreta e, conti alla mano visti anche gli importanti aumenti dell energia, le spese si sono ridotte a circa un terzo rispetto a quanto spendevo solitamente in passato per una casa singola su due piani di circa 200 metri quadri (da 700 a 250 euro) oltre ad aver rimosso il contatore del gas e relativi costi fissi. inoltre i tecnici della ditta sono stati particolarmente disponibili prima, durante e dopo gli impegnativi interventi.
