Non si puo' parlare con un tecnico e a distanza di un mese non si fanno sentire!!! pessimi! bad service the system of my shop did them and the call center can not tell me if you can 'use air conditioning! Very rude secretary, staff not at all professional as they left me two days without water because they didn't have time to finish the job, and last but not least, very salty bill !!! not recommended !!!!!

Tecnico uscito davvero molto giovane e poco pratico. Non capisco come si possa fare uscire una persona così da sola, vedendo il lavoro svolto, una persona esperta ci avrebbe messo al massimo 30 minuti e non 4 ore. Ho sempre fatto lavori con loro, ma da quando la società si è divisa il servizio è peggiorato moltissimo. Vedrò di rivolgermi ad altra gente più competente x il futuro. Really poor service. Work on the boiler performed and after a week I still don't know the expense of work, on the telephone they don't know how to tell me the expense. A very young and impractical technician. I don't understand how a person can go out like this alone, seeing the work done, an expert would have taken at most 30 minutes and not 4 hours. Mi hanno da 5 mesi cambiato la caldaia, la vaschetta elimina condensa perde acqua acida e nonostante lo abbiano constatato sto' ancora aspettando la sostituzione....essendo in garanzia non hanno niente da guadagnare quindi se la prendono scandalosamente comoda..... Service bordering on shame! I have been changing the boiler for 5 months, the condensate drain pan is leaking acidic water and despite having noticed this, I am still waiting for the replacement .... being under warranty they have nothing to gain so they take it scandalously comfortable .....
