M	Michele Buizza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fanno parte dell'Oasi WWF delle gole del Sagittario. Sono la parte che tutti consigliano e sicuramente meritano. In particolare consiglio di risalire il fiume finché il sentiero gli rimane accanto, più avanti infatti superato un ponticello sulla sinistra, il sentiero inizia a salire ripidamente e si allontana dal Cavuto fino ad incrociare la strada asfaltata per poi proseguire in un ambiente non particolare. Consiglio quindi di fermarsi al ponticello, a meno che non si abbia intenzione di risalire fino a Castrovalva. They are part of the WWF Oasis of the Sagittarius gorges. They are the part that everyone recommends and certainly deserves. In particular I advise you to go up the river until the path remains next to it, further on, in fact, after crossing a small bridge on the left, the path begins to climb steeply and moves away from the Cavuto until it crosses the paved road and then continues in a non-particular environment. I therefore recommend stopping at the bridge, unless you intend to climb up to Castrovalva.

A	Aurora on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meraviglioso. Lo consiglio a chiunque. Ottimo per fare lunghe o brevi passeggiate, percorsi gratuiti, ben battuti e indicati. Mi sono trovata molto bene, i paesaggi sono stupendi. Wonderful. I recommend it to anyone. Great for long or short walks, free, well-trodden and indicated routes. I found myself very well, the landscapes are beautiful.
B	Beatrice Venier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo fatto il percorso numero 18, inizialmente è semplice ma per completarlo va fatto un tratto abbastanza ripido sotto al sole. Faticoso, ma merita! E	Elisa Loffredo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto Stupendo, immerso nella natura. Noi abbiamo fatto il sentiero 18, ad anello, con partenza e rientro alle sorgenti del Cavuto. Ci abbiamo impiegato 4 ore circa, compreso di soste. Abbiamo parcheggiato gratuitamente sopra l'oasi WWF, nei parcheggi del borgo, per poi arrivare all'oasi con una gradinata di diversi scalini. Nell'oasi WWF c'è un'area pic-nic. Il sentiero 18 ad anello presenta la prima parte all'ombra, e percorre il torrente, questa parte è molto frequentata, in quanto anche la più suggestiva e più facile (adatta anche alle famiglie). La seconda parte è in salita e sbuca su una strada, ci sarà poi da fare un paio di curve in strada verso sinistra, per poi riprendere il percorso in montagna. Qui inizia la terza parte tutta in salita molto pendente, sotto al sole e molto faticosa, per poi arrivare in cima alla montagna, al belvedere. Si dovrà poi proseguire a destra verso il borgo Castrovalva. Al borgo ci si potrà rinfrescare al bar, per noi sosta essenziale. Infine rimane la quarta parte, tutta in discesa (1h circa), di rientro all'oasi WWF, in ombra, ma con discesa molto ripida. Percorso molto bello, ma molto faticoso ed impegnativo. Superb place, surrounded by nature. We made the path 18, a ring, with departure and return to the Cavuto springs. It took us about 4 hours, including stops. We parked for free above the WWF oasis, in the parking lots of the village, and then reached the oasis with a flight of steps of several steps. There is a picnic area in the WWF oasis. The ring path 18 presents the first part in the shade, and runs along the stream, this part is very popular, as it is also the most suggestive and easier (also suitable for families). The second part is uphill and comes out on a road, then there will be a couple of bends on the road to the left, to then resume the path in the mountains. Here begins the third part, all uphill, very steep, under the sun and very tiring, to then arrive at the top of the mountain, at the viewpoint. You will then have to go right towards the Castrovalva village. In the village you can cool off at the bar, an essential stop for us. Finally, the fourth part remains, all downhill (about 1h), back to the WWF oasis, in the shade, but with a very steep descent. Very beautiful route, but very tiring and demanding.

S	S. “Nacchionano” on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premesso che la natura è meravigliosa, essendo però un'oasi del WWF c'è da rilevare che è in uno stato di trascuratezza evidente. Il verde dell'oasi non è curato ma lasciato a se stesso, peccato che il posto è molto bello. Ci sono panche dove per fare pic-nic, ci sono dei servizi igenici mal tenuti, una fontanella per l'acqua manuale a pompa molto carina e retró Given that nature is wonderful, but being a WWF oasis it should be noted that it is in a state of evident neglect. The green of the oasis is not cared for but left to itself, too bad the place is very beautiful. There are benches where to have picnics, there are poorly maintained toilets, a very nice and retro water fountain with manual pump.
