Una porta di legno modesta , una povera targa artigianale , nessuna esposizione di prodotti , come in certe rinomate panetterie del nord . Pane pizze e focaccie fantastiche ,prezzi incredibile per chi viene dalle ricche città, una sapienza tradizionale che temiamo vada perduta , ingoiata da una società che mescola e confonde le singolarità e le nostre stesse radici , in nome della globalizzazione. We stopped by chance, in this fantastic region, full of surprises, lights and shadows, hidden and not advertised gifts. A modest wooden door, a poor handcrafted plaque, no display of products, as in some renowned northern bakeries. Fantastic bread, pizzas and focaccias, incredible prices for those who come from rich cities, a traditional wisdom that we fear will be lost, swallowed by a society that mixes and confuses singularities and our own roots, in the name of globalization.

Consigliatissimo! In addition to the goodness of the famous red pizza, focaccia and biscuits (unfortunately I have not tried their bread), I appreciated the kindness of the staff. Highly recommended!

Tutto buonissimo, ma da non perdere assolutamente è la pizza rossa!! A place like they can not be found anymore. Unica pecca che abito a Roma e mi costerebbe troppo andarli a comprare con maggiore frequenza. Non perdeteveli se passate nelle vicinanze. EXCEPTIONAL red pizza, UNIQUE macaroons.
