Buona la proposta gastronomica e la carta dei vini che propone perlopiù prodotti autoctoni.
Tutto lo staff gentile e disponibile.
Il parcheggio si trova a circa un chilometro dalla struttura che è facilmente raggiungile a piedi. Disponibile anche una macchina con funzione navetta.
Dopo il pranzo abbiamo sfruttato l’ottima posizione, immersa nella natura, per una passeggiata.
 We spent a pleasant Sunday lunch in this peasant village.
The gastronomic proposal and the wine list is good, mainly offering indigenous products.
All the staff are kind and helpful.
The car park is located about one kilometer from the property which is easily accessible on foot. A machine with shuttle function is also available.
After lunch we took advantage of the excellent location, surrounded by nature, for a walk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto molto bello che si trova all'interno di una riserva naturale. All'interno sono presenti numerose camere tutte diverse e a tema, idea molto bella e originale e con prezzi diversi. Il ristoranteè di alto livello, con menù alla carta e piatti adatti ad ogni tipo di alimentazione (vasta scelta di cibo vegano). La qualità del cibo è super e i piatti sono molto particolari; le portate sono giuste in modo da poter provare più piatti. Il cameriere a cena è stato sempre gentile ad ascoltarci e pronto a chiedere informazioni in cucina sugli alimenti. Tutto il personale è stato molto gentile. All'interno del posto è possibile acquistare alcune cose da loro prodotte (come succhi con varietà antiche di mele).
Very nice place that is located within a nature reserve. Inside there are numerous rooms all different and themed, a very nice and original idea and with different prices. The restaurant is of a high standard, with a la carte menu and dishes suitable for all types of diets (wide choice of vegan food). The quality of the food is super and the dishes are very special; the courses are right so you can try more dishes. The waiter at dinner was always kind to listen to us and ready to ask for information in the kitchen about food. All the staff were very nice. Inside the place it is possible to buy some things they produce (such as juices with ancient varieties of apples).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went ti Oasi di Galbusera Bianca to have a dinner for a cerimony and enjoyed the pleseant location both outside and inside the restaurant. I suggest to have a drink in the pathio before dinner with the outstanding view of the sunset. The food is genuine and shows the ability of the chef.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly staff. Lovely surroundings. But the food was not that great. The brown rice and eggplant was rather tasteless and the Guinea fowl was dry. Loved the Apple sorbet though. The woman who held the wine tasting was speaking perfectly understanable English.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place and cozy atmosphere. We enjoyed a natural and delicious meal. There are a lot of Bio and vegetarian options. Everything is cultivated literally few meters away. Very professional and friendly staff as well! Sincerely advised if you decide to take a walk in the park of Montevecchia.
